Absolutely! Drop us a message either before or after you place an order and we will create a mock up for you.

Each urn has a secure base. This can be unscrewed to open the box. You can keep the ashes in the container provided by the crematorium and insert this into the box, or you can decant them directly into the box. Once the ashes are inside, put the base back onto the box and tighten up the screws; the ash will remain safely enclosed.

Our urns are made from solid oak, ash or bamboo.

That's not a problem. Contact us as soon as you notice it and we will try our best to put it right.

All our urns are sent with tracked delivery. We include this as standard within our prices and you will be provided with a tracked code and link when an order is placed. Orders within the UK will take 1-2 working days to arrive. International orders take 5-6 working days to arrive. Please note that our couriers require a signature for delivery.

Don't worry, we will look into this. It might be that the delivery service wasn't able to find your address or you weren't in, as we will always require a signature for the delivery. Either way, get in touch with us and we’ll investigate.
